Organizer Service Agreement

By creating an event or contest on Tickket, you ("Organizer") agree to the following terms regarding your financial obligations and liability.

1. Settlement Cycle (T+2)

Funds are settled to your linked bank account **2 business days** after the transaction date (T+2), minus our commission and processing fees. This schedule is subject to NIBSS banking hours and holidays.

2. Liability for Refunds

You acknowledge that **once funds are settled to your account, YOU assume full liability** for any refunds owed to customers due to:

  • Event cancellation or postponement.
  • Overbooking or denial of entry.
  • Contest disqualification disputes.

Tickket reserves the right to pursue debt recovery action against you if we are forced to refund users on your behalf after settlement.

3. Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tickket, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your events, including but not limited to safety hazards, fraud, or failure to deliver advertised value.

4. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes (VAT, Consumption Tax, etc.) on your ticket sales revenue to the **Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS)** or State Revenue boards. Tickket does not withhold tax on your behalf unless mandated by law.
