Step 1Create your Account

Sign up for free in less than 2 minutes. We just need your email and basic details. Verify your email address to unlock all features.

Tip: Make sure to use a valid email address as this is where you'll receive important updates about your events and payouts.

Step 2Create an Event or Contest

From your dashboard, click "Create Event" or "Create Contest". Add your banner, title, description, and set your ticket prices. You can have free tickets, paid tickets, or both.

Step 3Share & Sell

Get your unique short-link (e.g., tickket.com/event/your-event) and share it on social media, WhatsApp, or email. Attendees can buy tickets seamlessly using card, transfer, or USSD.

Crowdsource Contestants

For contests, you can enable Self-Registration. This allows participants to register themselves, upload their photos, and pay entry fees directly. You can review, approve, or Reject & Refund each contestant directly from your dashboard if they don't meet your criteria.

Step 4Get Paid

Track sales and performance in real time from your dashboard. Payments are processed securely via Paystack and settled to your bank account on a **T+2 (2 business days)** schedule to ensure a safe refund window.

Yes! You can set an optional registration fee. Tickket handles the payment collection and automatically splits the funds to your account.

How do I verify participants?

By enabling "Manual Approval", you get to review every contestant's photo and details before they are allowed to receive votes.
