Transfer payments usually confirm instantly, but bank networks can sometimes delay. If you don't receive your ticket within 30 minutes, please email support@tickket.app with your payment receipt.

Are ticket fees refundable?

The ticket price is refundable if the event is cancelled, but the booking fee/processing fee is generally non-refundable as it covers the cost of the transaction.

Can I pay with a foreign card?

Currently, we primary support Nigerian-issued cards. Some international cards may work if they support 3D Secure, but we recommend using a Nigerian card or bank transfer for the best experience.

How do I download my ticket?

Once your payment is confirmed, a ticket link is sent to your email. You can also view all your tickets by logging into your Tickket account and visiting the 'My Tickets' section.

I lost my ticket email. What should I do?

Don't worry! You can visit your Tickket account to view your tickets. If you can't log in or didn't create an account, please contact our support team at support@tickket.net, and we'll help you recover your tickets.

When do I get my money?

We operate on a Next Business Day settlement cycle. This means your funds are processed and sent to your bank account within 24 hours (the following business day) after your event or contest ends.

Why is money deducted from my payout?

The payout amount is your Ticket Price minus the Tickket Commission. We process the split automatically during settlement so you never have to worry about manual billing.

Can I have multiple ticket categories?

Yes! You can create as many ticket types as you like—VIP, Early Bird, Regular, Table for 5, etc. Each can have its own price, quantity, and description.

How do I set up a private event?

When creating your event, set the visibility to 'Invite Only'. This generates a private link that won't appear on our public discovery pages, perfect for exclusive gatherings.

How do I track my sales?

Your Organiser Dashboard provides real-time analytics. You can see how many tickets have been sold, your total revenue, and even download a CSV list of all attendees.

How much does a vote cost?

The price per vote is determined by the contest organiser. It is typically ₦50 or ₦100 per vote. You'll see the exact price on the contestant's voting page.

Can I vote more than once?

How are winners determined?
